Kegel balls are proven to help strengthen pelvic muscles - and a stronger pelvic floor means a tighter vagina. This, in turn, can lead to more intense pleasure & sensations during sex! They can also help to improve bladder control. Many also report that kegel balls can be very pleasurable to wear!

How to use:

Cover ball with water-based lubricant & insert either the single or both balls into the vagina. Your body will naturally hold the kegel balls in place but you may need to clench a little to keep them firmly locked. Use the removal string when ready to take the balls out.  Smaller & heavier balls can be harder to keep in place so these are recommended only once you have strengthened the muscles using a larger, lighter ball.
